Real Estate Professional
As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.
Jill Estes has been with John L. Scott since the beginning of her real estate career in 2006. Before that she worked in the leasing division of Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Jill loves working with people, which is what initially attracted her to real estate. On any given day she plays the role of therapist to a client, a negotiator with another agent and/or a coordinator to her title/escrow team. No two days are ever alike and she loves the feeling of working closely with a buyer and finding "the one," listing a home and the excitement of presenting offers to her sellers.
She is based in the John L. Scott KMS Kent North office and Jill works with buyers and sellers around the Kent area, including Maple Valley, Renton, Auburn and Covington. Jill has been working with relocation clients for 12 years and she now focuses primarily on relocation and personal referral only. She’s worked with homes ranging in price from $14,000 to 1.3 million and no matter what, each client receives the same level of service. Jill is passionate about helping people move to the Pacific Northwest because she thinks it's an amazing place to live.
As a mother of two girls, most of Jill’s free time is spent watching soccer and cross country or driving her kids to soccer or cross country! She also loves to travel and each year she and a friend go on an annual trip to a U.S. city that they want to explore!
Conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma, Kent is the third largest city in King County and the second oldest. Despite its size and age, Kent maintains a close-knit community and boasts every modern amenity. Kent is home to the Showare Center, a multi-use events center that hosts concerts and other live events and is the home of the Seattle Thunderbirds hockey team, the Tacoma Stars of the Major Arena Soccer League, and the Seattle Mist of the Legends Football league. Touring shows like the Harlem Globetrotters and Disney on Ice also make stops at the Showare Center. In the heart of downtown, Kent Station is an open-air center for shopping, dining, relaxing and seeing movies. Kent Station also holds events throughout the year like Halloween trick or treating, Easter egg hunts, summer concerts, and pictures with Santa during the holidays. Kent residents love to get outdoors, taking in the views of Mt. Rainier from one of our many parks, biking along the valley trails, and bird watching at the Green River Natural Resources Area. You can find unique and historic homes here as well as newly built ones. If you’re looking for a friendly neighborhood, Kent has you covered. If you’d like to learn more about Kent, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
“Jill is extremely patient and fun to work with. She made my entire house buying experience comfortable and fun. As a first-time home buyer I didn't know what to expect from the process but Jill made it seem so easy! I will definitely use Jill for any future house buying/selling needs.”

“Jill is the best. She is professional, easygoing, knowledgeable, fun, smart and patient! She showed me a million homes and told me she wouldn't allow me to buy a place until she saw a tear streaming down my face because I knew I had found the one. I'm gearing up to sell the awesome investment she helped me find and I can't wait to work with her again.”
